Trail

image description

Outdoor recreation and open space are signature elements of Pardee communities and the Weston project will continue this tradition with the improvement of two miles of walking trails along Medina Drive. This newly improved trail will allow residents to enjoy a vast network of multi-use paths and recreational spaces in the surrounding environment. The newly improved trail will be complemented by other recreational features of the project including a four-acre neighborhood park and smaller pocket parks throughout the community.

Through the incorporation of outdoor project amenities, Weston residents will have ample opportunity to engage with the natural environment and lead healthy, active lifestyles.

Please note that during grading and construction, the existing trail will not be accessible. During this time, alternative routes should be utilized in order to access hiking and biking trails in the area. Further information related to trail access can be found as it is available on the “Project Updates” section of this website.
